Welcome to HouseKoala! I’m Jane, a passionate DIYer and serial renovator, having transformed my last 3 homes on a budget. After completing my latest whole-house remodel and sell, I launched this blog recently to continue chasing my design obsession.

With no formal training in interior decor or architecture, I rely on copious Pinterest boards, HGTV binges and trial-and-error experience learned getting my hands dirty renovating over the years. The more homes I own, the more my confidence and capabilities grow when it comes to everything from knocking down walls, picking paint colors, refinishing floors and all details in between.
